Superstar producer Dr. Dre recently revealed that he plans to release his long awaited album Detox this year. Dre divulged to USA Today that the project will feature appearances from Lil Wayne, Nas and Jay-Z. ?I'm just now ? over the last couple of months ? starting to feel that it's going to be right and it's something I can be proud of, and everybody is going to love it,? Dre explained. In a perfect world, I'm shooting for a November or December release.? Dre's last solo project was 2001 which he released in 1999.

Dre's last solo project was 2001??? - Chronic 2001 wasn't it?. Anyways yea i heard about Detox, its been a long time coming. Nas and Jay-Z, should be big. I am guessing that Em and that bitch 50 will appear to, not to mention Snoop with whom Dre forms an insane duo. I hope that Dre and Game can resolve their differences(if they have any), it would be cool to see Game to be on a Dre produced track for the first time in like nearly 4 years!! The west side got to stick together man!!

Listen 50 wasn't that bad when he started(although he was still bad, 21 questions was a bitch track). But lets look at it from Dre's perspective. As long as 50 is so commercialised and selling so many CD's(His first two albums both went over 5 times platinum). Then why should Dre be upset? After all 50 is putting money in his pocket. Even though i do like the game, you do have to remember that 50's "The Massacre" has sold more than "The Documentary"+"Doctors Advocate" combined. No black rapper can compare with 50's selling. I say black because Eminem has managed to sell 20 million albums in the past.(Eminem show)
